This is about the rules for when you book a trip with Tour To Morocco It’s important to understand them because they’re like a contract between you and Tour To Morocco.

Booking & Payment

When you book, we ask for some money upfront to confirm your reservation. You can pay with Visa, Master Card, or other ways. The rest of the money you can pay when you arrive in Morocco. We also accept wire transfers to our bank account or PayPal.

Changes to Your Booking

We try to be flexible and make you happy. If you need to change something, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help without charging extra. But sometimes, changes aren’t possible because of hotels or transportation.

Cancellation Policy

  • If Tout To Morocco cancels your booking for reasons like bad weather or other serious issues, you get your money back.

If you cancel:

      1. More than one month before: you get all your money back.
      2. 20-29 days before: we keep 30% of what you paid.
      3. 10-20 days before: we keep 50%.
      4. Less than 10 days: we keep it all.
  • We don’t refund Paypal and stripe fees.

Special Requests

If you have special needs like dietary requirements or medical needs, tell us before booking. We’ll try to help. If we can’t, we’ll let you know before you book.


We don’t provide insurance, so it’s your responsibility to get travel insurance. It’s a good idea in case you get sick or there are other problems.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We’ll keep your personal information safe and only use it for your trip. We might share some details with hotels or others to make sure your Morocco Tour goes well.

Fly Ticket, Visa, and Passport

We don’t handle flight tickets, passports, or visas. You need to take care of those yourself. Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months when you arrive in Morocco.


If you’re not happy with something during your trip, tell your driver, hotel, or guide. If that doesn’t work, contact us. We’ll do our best to help.
