Day 1Marrakech, the high Atlas Mountains heading to Ouarzazat then Dades.
Welcome to Marrakech, your driver will pick you up from the nearest accessible point for the car. At 8:00, you will start your 4 days tour from Marrakech to Fes directly to Dades gorges through the Tizi-N- Tichka among the Atlas Mountains with an altitude of 2260M; which will give the chance to stray with your eyes between its beauty.
At the same time explore the traditional high Atlas Amazigh villages. Then, you will visit the kasbah of Ait Benhaddou which is declared as the UNESCO world heritage site. It is regarded as a preferred historical place by many international and famous film makers.
After that, we will have lunch at one of the most traditional restaurants of the kasbah where you cannot resist the taste of its dishes. Then, you will move the wheels to Ouarzazat with an occasion to visit the Atlas studios and Taourirt kasbah side by side.
After that, we will continue to Dades Gorges across the huge palm- groves of Skoura and the long rose valley at the same line along the Mgoun river where the local community celebrates its annual festival of the rose of Damascus. The rose which blossoms between April and the Mid-May.
It is brought to Morocco many centuries ago by Amazigh merchants from Damascus. Coming back from the same road, you will seize the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view to the valley and the outstanding rocks formation while we are driving to reach our hotel.
Day 2Todga gorges, Erfoud, Risani and Chabbi dunes in Merzouga
After taking our breakfast at an early morning. We will continue our 4 days tour from Marrakech to Fes by driving from Todga gorges to Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert at Merzouga. By the way, it is another occasion to enjoy a short walk among the immense cliffs while we continue our drive to the south where AMAZIGH villages are scattered along the way. Such us, Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud which are regarded as a starting point of the Sahara Oasis of Tafilalt and its huge arid plateaus.
Then, as soon as you arrive to Merzouga, a small off-road will whisk you to the edge of golden dunes where you will find camels waiting for you.
Next, you will surely enjoy and amuse yourself riding camels over the sand dunes and watch a majestic desert sunset on your way to the camp. Subsequently, when you reach your destination, you will notice the warm hospitality of people there. Be sure that you will be treated with great kindness and hospitality.
Later, it is up to you to attend your comfortable private tent, which is in turn, equipped with all that you need to relax before your delicious dinner.
After your tasty meal, you will experience the ambiance created by the cameleers’ staff singing and dancing their memorable traditional chants under the starry night of the deserts.
Day 3Merzouga, Erfoud, Errachidia, midelt and Zaida.
As you didn’t miss the opportunity to witness the sunset, you will also benefit from an early wake up to feast your eyes on an outstanding sun rise from the dunes. afterwards, you will have your breakfast in the camp.
As soon as you finish, you will pack and go back either on camels if you still want to enjoy yourself or by 4*4 leaving the dunes behind you. later on, it is time to say goodbye to the desert and welcome with a warm chest the road via the high mountains towards Fes, one of the oldest cities of Morocco. On the way, you will drive through Erfoud, Errachidia and midelt.
Midelt is a new city which is situated on the main road between Fes and Meknes to the north and Errachidia to the south. Its climate attracts many visitors. Thus; tourism continue to grow as an important source of revenue after its agriculture market. This region is best known for the high quality of apples. For this reason, the local community celebrate the festival of harvesting apples every year.
Day 4Azrou, Ifran and Fes as a final destination
As you pause for lunch in the cedar forest of Azrou, you’ll have the opportunity to admire the breathtaking “ITTO scenery.” Here, a quaint shop offers traditional regional crafts, including jewelry and postcards, for souvenir-seekers. This stunning vista allows your gaze to wander over an endless expanse from the forest’s peak, offering a gentle workout for your eyes and a chance to appreciate the universe’s beauty in its entirety.
Before penetrating the cedar forest of Azrou, you will enjoy playing and taking pictures with monkeys there. They don’t get afraid from people because they are addicted to take food from them.
Then, we will drive through the cedar forest to reach Ifran which is the cleanest and organized city in Morocco. The next step is heading directly to our final destination which is Fez where our driver will drop you off at your accommodation.
