Please take a few minutes to read these Terms & Conditions before confirming your trip with Tour To Morocco. They are designed to make the booking process clear and to help both you and our team know what to expect before, during and after your journey.
By booking a tour, transfer, activity or other travel service with Tour To Morocco, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below. If anything is unclear, we are always happy to answer your questions before you make your reservation.
You can book your Morocco trip with us through our website, by email, WhatsApp, or directly with a member of our team.
Your reservation is confirmed once we have received the required deposit and sent you a written booking confirmation.
For most private tours, we require a 30% deposit of the total tour price to secure your reservation. Once your deposit has been received, we begin confirming the accommodation, transportation, guides, activities and other services included in your itinerary.
The remaining 70% balance is normally paid in euros in cash to your driver upon arrival in Morocco, unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed with us in writing.
If you are booking close to your travel date, we may request a larger deposit or full payment depending on hotel availability and the services that need to be confirmed.
All prices are clearly communicated before booking and are based on the number of travellers, travel dates, accommodation category, itinerary, transportation and services included in your proposal.
The hotels, riads, desert camps and other accommodations listed in your itinerary are the properties we intend to reserve for your trip.
Accommodation is only confirmed after we receive your deposit and contact the properties.
If one of the listed accommodations is no longer available at the time of booking, we will arrange a similar property of the same or comparable category and price whenever possible.
During busy periods such as Easter, October, Christmas, New Year and other high-season dates, availability can change quickly, so we recommend confirming your trip as early as possible.
We currently offer different payment options depending on your booking. Payments may be made by:
A processing fee may apply to some payment methods — for example, card payments may include an additional fee of approximately 5%. Any applicable charges will always be explained to you before payment is made.
Bank transfers can take several working days to arrive, depending on your bank and country.
The traveller is responsible for any bank, currency-conversion, PayPal or international transfer fees unless otherwise agreed.
The final price of your trip depends on your itinerary, number of travellers, accommodation level, season, activities and transportation requirements.
Your confirmed quotation will clearly explain what is included and what is not included.
Unless specifically mentioned in your itinerary, prices generally do not include international flights, lunches, drinks, entrance fees, personal expenses, tips, travel insurance or optional activities.
Any additional service requested during the trip may involve an extra charge.
We understand that travel plans sometimes change.
If you would like to change your travel dates, itinerary, accommodation, number of travellers or activities after confirming your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes. However, changes may affect the price of your trip, particularly if hotels, guides, camps or other services have already been confirmed.
Any additional costs caused by a requested change will be discussed with you before the change is made.
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Because we work with hotels, desert camps, guides, drivers and other local partners, some payments may become non-refundable once services have been reserved.
Cancellation charges therefore depend on how close the cancellation is to your arrival date and on the cancellation conditions of the suppliers involved in your booking.
For cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival, payments may be non-refundable because most accommodation and services will already have been confirmed and paid for.
For earlier cancellations, we will review your booking individually and refund any recoverable amount after deducting non-refundable supplier payments, transaction charges and services already arranged.
We strongly recommend purchasing suitable travel insurance that includes trip-cancellation cover.
It is very rare for us to cancel a confirmed trip.
However, circumstances outside our control may occasionally require us to change part of an itinerary. These may include extreme weather, road closures, government restrictions, natural events, strikes, safety concerns or other unforeseen situations.
If a change becomes necessary, we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative while keeping the overall experience as close as possible to the original itinerary.
Small changes to driving routes, visiting times, hotels or activities do not normally constitute cancellation of the tour.
If we are unable to operate a major part of your trip, we will discuss the available alternatives with you, which may include rescheduling or an appropriate refund for services that cannot be provided.
We strongly recommend that every traveller has comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in Morocco. Your insurance should ideally cover:
Travel insurance is the responsibility of each traveller.
Tour To Morocco cannot cover expenses resulting from medical emergencies, missed flights, lost luggage, flight cancellations or other situations that should normally be covered by personal travel insurance.
Travellers are responsible for making sure their passports, visas, flight tickets, insurance documents and any other required travel documents are valid before arriving in Morocco.
Visa requirements vary according to nationality and can change, so we recommend checking the latest requirements with the appropriate Moroccan embassy or official government source before travelling.
Tour To Morocco cannot accept responsibility if a traveller is unable to enter Morocco because of missing, incorrect or expired travel documents.
Please tell us before your trip if you have any dietary requirements, allergies, mobility requirements or other needs that may affect your travel experience.
We are happy to communicate dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other requests to hotels and camps whenever possible.
However, because meals may be prepared by independent restaurants, hotels, families or camps, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Travellers are responsible for deciding whether they are physically comfortable participating in activities included in the itinerary.
Our tours are operated with comfortable private vehicles appropriate for the size of your group and the itinerary.
Driving distances and travel times shown in itineraries are approximate. Actual travel times can vary because of traffic, weather, road conditions, stops, sightseeing or seasonal conditions.
Part of travelling through Morocco is enjoying the landscapes, villages, viewpoints, local cafés and cultural stops along the way. Our drivers may adjust certain stops depending on timing, road conditions and what provides the best experience on the day.
Your private driver is responsible for transportation and for helping you throughout the journey.
Drivers can provide general information about Morocco, the places you visit and the journey, but they are not necessarily licensed city guides.
When a professional local guide is included in Marrakech, Fes or another city, this will be clearly mentioned in your itinerary.
The language of your driver or guide will also be confirmed before the trip whenever possible.
During high season, guides speaking certain languages may have limited availability, so early booking is recommended.
Camel rides, sandboarding, 4×4 excursions, quad biking, hiking and similar activities involve a certain level of physical activity and personal responsibility.
Please follow the safety instructions given by your guide, driver, camp team or activity provider.
Optional activities such as quad biking or buggy experiences may be operated by independent local providers. Travellers participate in these activities at their own discretion and should make sure they are covered by suitable travel insurance.
Weather conditions may occasionally affect camel rides, desert excursions or outdoor activities.
We welcome families and are happy to adapt itineraries to make travel more comfortable for children.
Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for the supervision and safety of children throughout the trip.
Child pricing may vary depending on age, room arrangements, accommodation policies and the itinerary.
Any applicable child discount will be confirmed in your quotation before booking.
Travellers are responsible for their luggage, money, passports, electronic devices and other personal belongings during the trip.
We recommend keeping valuable items secure and avoiding leaving important belongings unattended in vehicles, restaurants, hotels or public areas.
Tour To Morocco cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged personal belongings unless the loss was directly caused by proven negligence on our part.
Some situations are completely outside the reasonable control of Tour To Morocco and our local partners.
These may include natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, extreme weather, epidemics, pandemics, political events, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, civil disturbances, flight disruptions or other unexpected events.
When these situations occur, we will always try to help and find the best possible solution, but we cannot be held responsible for expenses or losses caused by events beyond our control.
Tour To Morocco works closely with selected hotels, riads, desert camps, restaurants, guides, activity providers and other local partners. Some of these services are provided by independent businesses.
While we carefully select the partners we work with, Tour To Morocco cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control or for the independent actions of third-party providers.
Our team will always make a reasonable effort to assist you if a problem occurs during your journey.
If you are unhappy with any part of your trip, please contact us while you are still travelling whenever possible. This gives us the opportunity to understand the situation and try to resolve it immediately.
We want every guest, driver, guide, hotel employee and local partner to enjoy a respectful and positive experience.
Travellers are expected to respect Moroccan laws, local customs, communities, accommodation rules, guides, drivers and other travellers.
We reserve the right to discontinue services for a traveller whose behaviour is dangerous, abusive, illegal or seriously disruptive to other people involved in the trip.
During your journey, our team may occasionally take photographs or videos of activities, landscapes, vehicles, camps or travel experiences.
We will not intentionally use identifiable photographs of you for promotional purposes if you have asked us not to.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or social-media content, simply let your driver, guide or our team know.
Your privacy is important to us.
We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to communicate with you, organise your trip and provide the services you have booked. This may include:
We may share necessary booking information with trusted service providers such as hotels, camps, guides and transportation partners when required to operate your trip.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.
However, hotel availability, prices, entrance fees, attractions, road conditions, regulations and tourism services can change.
Photographs displayed on our website are intended to represent the type of experience, destination, accommodation or activity offered. Exact rooms, vehicles, views or conditions may differ depending on availability and season.
Your individual booking confirmation and final itinerary take priority over general information published on the website.
We want you to feel comfortable and well informed before confirming your Morocco trip.
If you have questions about the itinerary, accommodation, driving distances, payments, activities, cancellation conditions or anything else, please contact us before making your reservation.
Our team will be happy to explain any part of your trip and help you choose the option that works best for you.
Tour To Morocco may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The terms applicable to your reservation will be those provided or published at the time your booking is confirmed.
